GUEST POLICY
To ensure a tranquil and private atmosphere for all clients, we respectfully request that no additional guests accompany you to your appointment, including pets and children.
PUNCTUALITY
We value your time and strive to keep appointments on schedule. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled time. We offer a grace period of 10 minutes, after which a late fee of £10 will be applied. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late will necessitate rescheduling and a new deposit.
RESCHEDULING PROTOCOL
Appointments may be rescheduled once. Should you need to alter your appointment time, we require notification a minimum of 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to the new appointment date.
CONSENT AND AGE REQUIREMENT
All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatments. Valid photo identification (passport or driving license) will be required, and a consent form must be completed prior to any procedures.
PAYMENT DETAILS
- To schedule an appointment for any treatment, a £30 deposit is required. No appointment is confirmed without a deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a new date (within one week) up to 48 hours before the original appointment.
- If you cancel or change your booking within 48 hours, a new deposit is required. send a new deposit to rebook.
REFUND POLICY
Please be advised that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a treatment has been administered. Please follow our rescheduling policy.
